This legislation sets the framework within which the consumer buys goods or services from merchants who visited uninvited at his home, at work or elsewhere.

No contract to provide goods or services to which the Act is not enforceable against the consumer unless the trader or the trader’s representative ensures that the contract be made in writing and include the following:

• He says the contract date , name, telephone number and address of the trader with prominent and legible manner ,
• detailing the offered goods and / or services ,
• states as an essential condition of the contract, clearly and legibly , that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by notice given in writing , within 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract or the fulfillment of the agreed provider of merchant any of them wanted it later , without thereby incurring any liability other than the responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods , which may be received under the contract, as long as they are in his possession.
• Accompanied by the type of withdrawal and explicitly states the name and address of the person to whom may be given notice of withdrawal.
• where possible , identify the goods that are offered for part exchange and determines the value thereof for the purposes of the contract and
• Signed by the dealer and the consumer.

The supplier shall give written notice to the consumer of the right to cancel the agreement and provide a copy of the Cancellation form with all the relevant details (dates, person to whom you sent , etc. ) , which will be sent within 14 days.
